Programmed Activities
- Research projects on gender or women in society, as well as health, environment, local governance, migration, and domestic/social violence, with gender or women as a cross-cutting theme;
- Organizing a clearinghouse on Philippine gender and women’s studies;
- Publication of research outputs in books, journals and edited volumes, and development of a peer-reviewed journal of gender studies in the Philippines;
- Educational activities such as post-graduate seminars, workshops, and capacity building sessions; and
- Formation of a network of gender and women’s studies scholars.
